Proppant Testing EE-ESP-20/40

A representative sample of EE-ESP-20/40 proppant, supplied by EMDAD ENERGY LLC, was evaluated in accordance with the ISO 13503-2 testing standards. The analysis included crush resistance, bulk density, acid solubility, turbidity, sphericity and roundness, and sieve distribution. Additionally, both apparent and absolute densities were determined. Baseline conductivity and permeability tests were performed at a loading of 2 lb/ft² under closure stresses of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 kpsi, maintained at 250°F for 50 hours between Ohio sandstone, as per ISO 13503-5 requirements. A summary of results from the ISO 13503-2 test suite is presented in tabular form, while detailed results are available in the main body of this report.
